Deposits are made to hold your seat on a given Ride of Passage: Mastermind date. A full refund can be made of any amount paid if you request a refund at least 60 days prior to your departure date for the Ride of Passage: Mastermind you selected. Between 60 and 30 days prior to your departure date for the Ride of Passage: Mastermind you selected, in case you decide to cancel amounts above the deposit you paid can be refunded but the deposit amount cannot be refunded. Your payment method will be charged at 30 days prior to departure date for the balance, and after this point no refunds can be given as many non-refundable reservations will be made on your behalf.

If the Ride of Passage: Mastermind trip you selected does not hit the minimum required number of riders at 30 days prior to departure, the trip may be canceled - if so, all payments made for that trip will be refunded.
