These terms govern your use of rideofpassage.live. The tour pages describe the character of journeys we can create; they are not fixed offers or complete travel agreements.
Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting a form, joining the announcement list, or discussing a possible trip is not a booking or reservation. No place, date, route, service, or price is confirmed until we and the responsible traveler or group accept a written proposal or agreement.
Your journey agreement
Each accepted journey will have its own written proposal or agreement. That document will set the controlling details, including itinerary and scope, pricing, deposits and payment timing, cancellation and refund terms, participant requirements, insurance expectations, and any supplier-specific conditions.
If these website terms conflict with an accepted journey agreement, the accepted journey agreement controls for that trip.
Tour descriptions and changes
Routes, photographs, activities, accommodations, vehicles, hosts, seasons, and examples on this site illustrate the kind of experience we may create. They are not guarantees for a future journey.
Travel depends on weather, road conditions, availability, local rules, health and safety considerations, and events outside anyone’s control. A journey may need to change before or during travel. Material options and responsibilities will be addressed in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Traveler responsibilities and risk
Travel and motorcycling can involve serious risks. Travelers are responsible for giving accurate information, assessing their own ability and health, following safety directions and local law, securing required passports, visas, licenses, and insurance, and behaving respectfully toward the group and local communities.
The specific risk disclosures, eligibility requirements, waivers, and insurance obligations for a journey will be provided before booking.
